    2. The baking
    Potatoe cakes - Potatoe cakes are made the following way: First the potatoes are boiled and peeled. They are then mashed up with some flour. Salt and soda come's next. Butter come's next if one like it. The mentioned ingredients are mixed together. It is wet with milk. It is rolled out thin to ones liking.
    The pan is greased with fat. The cakes are then put down to fry or bake.
