  1. Bread is made of wheaten meal, and sometimes wheat, or flour. Year's ago the old people, used make the bread on a special board, and some of the people of to day still make the bread on the same board.
    To make bread, the quanity of wheaten of meal into a basin, and soda and salt, mix it up with milk to a dough, and bake it with a good fire under it, years ago people used bake it on a griddle.
