  1. There is a big stone in the Glebe grounds of the Protestant Church, Edgeworthstown County Longford.
    It is said to have been thrown there, by St Patrick from Ardagh Mountain County Longford, soon after he came to preach the Gospel to the people of Ireland in the fourth century.
