  1. A Leipreachan is generally dressed in green and he lives in a fort and is always hammering because because he is always making boots or shoes.
    He is supposed to have pots of money and If you were able to catch him you could get it from him. It is never easy to see him because he never comes out of his hiding place until night. When you catch him you should keep a tight hold of him because he is a trickster and if you let him go at all you are finished with him and he is so small he can hide under a dock leaf. There is also a poem made up about him
