    When the horses hair grows long it is cut when its finished it is brushed with a brush which is kept seperately for that purpose. When the people are calling the horse the say "puk" and the horse comes and when they say "whee" and he stands.

  2. I have no churn at home but Mrs Kearney has one. It is about 3 feet high and 2 feet in width. It is called a round about churn The sides are round but I do not no its age. The various parts of it are the round iron hooks which keep the long wooden staves together. There is a lid which prevents the milk from spilling out while it is been churned.
