    There is an old ruined castle in our town.

    There is an old ruined castle in our town. It is not altogether in ruins because there is an old lady living in it at present. There are many tunnels passing from the river through the place. There is one very queer shaped room in it, this room is round shaped. It is not quite certain what number of years the castle in built but it is supposed it must be there for a few hundred years now.

    There are four graveyards that I know of in our parish...

    There are four graveyards that I know of in our parish, the names of them are Clondra, Bally Mac Cormack, Newtown and St John's. They are all level and square
