    The father and mother started to churn and when they were about twenty minutes churning the butter came on the milk. The whole lot of the family are dead years and there is not a trace of the house to be seen this many a year.

    People say that she is not heard in those times A man in Ballyduffy was in his own house one night and his mother was dying and he heard cries on the street. Another man saw the Béan Side a week before a friend of his died.
