  1. The names of the Local Roads are as follows, The new road, The Ballyduffy road and the Moyne road. There are some by-roads namely The Firmulla road which leads to my house.
It is a rugged narrow road.
    It is also very hilly.
    It ends at the creamery.
Nobody has any knowledge of when it was made. In olden times it was the only road the people had. There is also another by-road convenient to my home.
It is about one mile long.
It goes through Firmulla and it leads to the main road in Dromard.
It was repaired by the County Council a few years ago. Some people go that lane for a near way to Mass. It is thought that in ancient times it was the road leading to Dromard Chapel.
