    Carraic as it is a rocky field.
    An Sruit, the reason this field bears that name because there are drains in this field.
    Pairc na gCaor. The reason this field is so called because there is a great supply of berries growing in this field.
    The Black Garden is so called owing to the number of black thorns that grow there.
    The Cock Pit got its name from the Cock Fights that were carried on there long ago.
    The Field at Little Mick's as convenient to an old house where a man called Little Mick resided.
