  1. There is a Wishing Well in the district known locally as Pollavenia situated in a rocky cave. The well is supplied with water which drips from the rock overhead all days of the year. The "wisher" is led blindfolded to the place by two persons and has to take three sips of the water after which the wish has to be divulged to the accompanying persons.
