    To sleep beneath your stones

    Oh, Ballinamuck! Oh, Ballinamuck!
    Respond to duty's call;
    The voice comes from your fathers' tombs
    Shall you be silent

    No! No! Awake! tis now the time,
    The sun shines on your hill,
    The same that bleached your fathers' bones
    That now are lying still.
