    is told of his treatment of a man named Jordan who on account of his views was then an outlaw. This man who lived in Esker, on an Easter Saturday night ventured home as was the custom in the middle of the night and was supposed to be eating eggs, when suddenly in the middle of the meal he was surrounded by the yeomen and taken prisoner.
    The yeomen led by Lord Forbes treated the occupants of the house with the greatest roughness throwing the baby on the floor, and taking the man to the road where they commanded him to take a last farewell look at his home, marched
