    A man was going home from a neighbouring house one Hallow Eve and as he crossed Corn Hill he met a fairy funeral. There were a hearse and coffin and many small coaches. He spoke to them and as soon as he spoke they all jumped out of their coaches, and running across the hill, they went out of sight.
    One Hallow Eve a man gave hay to his cattle and next morning, on going to the byre, he saw a little nest in the hay and a little white pipe, full of tobacco lying in the manger.
