  2. (1) Roots of nettles are good for measles. The roots are boiled and sugar is put on the juice.
    (2) The Dock or as it is known in this district the Docking. When the seeds are boiled the juice is good for a cough
    (3) Chicken weed is good when roasted and applied to a strain
    (4) Elle Campane root. juice is good for a cough.
    (5) Cumfrey root is good for a sore heel.
    (6) The Plantain Leaf is good for a sore
    (7) A nettle sting is cured by rubbing a Docking leaf to it.
