  1. Not long ago I heard of a hidden Treasures it is supposed to be in Lios bréac. The spot is marked out with a very broad flag in a clump of trees around it. one time three men went to uproot it they had not gone very far when the voice say "go no further" or I will kill ye one of the men was a Catholic and when he heard it he went away and left the other two men. The other two were Prodistants and they were never heard of again. It is said that the Treasures were put there by the Danes before Brian Boru overcame them and put them out of the country. It is said that the Treasures contained a pot of gold and a crock of butter.
