- St. Barry's Well: There is a holy well in Kilbarry called St. Barry's Well. There is a pilgrimage to it every summer. Once upon a time there was a boy sick and not all able to walk and his mother brought him and washed him in the well and washed his bones well in it. After a few months the boy was able to walk down the kitchen to his mother.
Another time there was a woman and she had bad eyes and she washed them in the well and they got better.(continues on next page)- Collector
