About 50 years ago the ball-alley was destroyed by the Owens & the ONeills who were two fighting parties in this parish. They had a party fight somewhere around there. There is no trace of this ball-alley to be seen now. - The boys some time ago used to amuse themselves spinning tops. The tops used to be made by a local carpenter named Michael Howard.
