evictions in my townland. Their houses were pulled down, and they were left to seek shelter in the hillsides, and from their neighbours. The tenants were friendly with the landlord, but they hated the agent, as he was a terrible tyrant. The townlands he held possession of in this parish were :- Derrygowna, Caltra, Caltramore, Derryhawn, Forthill, Curlea, Estate and part of Cornaddough. Although King Harman pulled down some houses, he built houses for more of his tenants.
