  1. In the olden times people did not go to doctors they had cures of their own. If you got a cut on your hand and a dog to lick it he would cure it.
    If a horse bite you would have to shoot the horse before the would would get better.
    To rub a snail on a wart it would also cure it.
    People used to drink hot butter milk when they would have a cold.
    They used to drink goats milk and garlic when they would have a cold.
