Here are some of the local games which are played now-a-days, Rounders, Red light, Fish in the pan, Tig, Walflowers, Round and round the withery bush and many others. Here is a description of "Fish in the pan." One child is supposed to be the fish and the others get in a ring round her and they call out "Fish in the pan catch all you can,." The fish closes her eyes and whoever she catches is the next fish.
