  1. There is a moat in Twyford. It is made with earth. A man saw a Leiprechan making shoes under a bush at this moat. The man walked slowly and he caught him and asked him for the pot of gold. The Leiprechan said to the man there is a big lion going to eat you and the man looked around and when he turned back the Leiprechan was gone and he got no gold.
    One evening a man heard a noise at the moat and then he saw a little man with a red cap and a green jacket on him. The little man went in behind a tree and the other man went to look for the little man but could
