    One night Susan Cunningham was stealing potatoes and a crowed of Lads were coming home from a game and they were talking about Ghosts and one lad was very brave and when he saw Susan coming and she dressed in white she said he would look to see was it a Ghost so he went over to the ditch and put his hand on Susan and she let a cry and all the others ran for their lives.

  2. To cure Wildfire: Two people with the same sir name who are married are supposed to have a charm for the cure of above.
    Chillblane: May be cured by putting a scorched rag over the affected part.
    Pimples: The boiled juice of the cockle or cuckle is suppose to cure pimples
