  1. There are two Fairy Forts in Twyford. It is from those two forts, Twyford got its name. There are built with clay and there are trees around them. On the top of the forts there is a hollow. The two forts are in the same direction. The forts are the same as if there were drills of potatoes were sown around it. The people say there is money hidden in them and other people say there is no money hidden there at all.
