  1. Folklore Old School
    On the cross roads at Irishtown there was an old school over one hundred years ago. The teacher was Billy Connor. He had a little hut beside the school in which he lived. He had a large number of pupils. He charged one penny. He taught no Irish.
    Some of the ruins are still to be seen.
