    The supper consisted of potatoes, salt, and buttermilk.
    The people always sat around the table when eating their meals, and the table was placed in the centre of the floor.
    The table was hung up against the wall when not in use, the people did not eat late at night they eat their supper at six o'clock, and they went to bed at eight o'clock.
