  1. This story was told to me by a man named Bernard Mcguire aged 55 years a native of Empor.
    There are two classes of churns, a dash churn and an end over end churn. A dash churn is one you work with a dash, an end over end churn is one you twist round with a handle.
    The people do not churn as much now as they used long ago. The old people used to have tubs of butter, and they used to get a good price for it.
    The butter used to be stolen by Charms, and there were people going and they used to have a thing
