  1. Here I lie down on my right side to sleep. I give my soul to our blessed Lord to keep. If any evil happens me O Blessed Mary waken me. There are four corners on my bed there are four angels round my head. St Matthew, Mark, Luke and John God bless this bed that I lay on. Waken now. Waken ever Lord have mercy on my soul for ever. Lord be the Branch and Lady be the flower and Jesus be with me at my dying hour.
