- It runs through Andy Dun's yard across the road into Briscos land and he cannot keep the gate shut. One night Andy Dun's father topped at the gate to see who was oppening it during the middle of the night. He head music. The gate oppened and a crowd of fairies passed through.
- My father John Anderson told me this story of a man named James Fullam who is not long dead. One morning he was going to a fair and he went to get the pony. He got her near the old road, when he was returning home he heard music and horses galloping on and old fort near the old road.
