  1. It is said that if a person who has the mumps goes into a pig sty three times and repeats the words Mucna, Mucna, sin e go leicne, he will be cured of them.

  2. It is said if two people of the same name get married and that if they gather the crumbs that fall from the table at their breakfast, and give them to a person that has the chin cough that person will be cured.
    A person suffering from the chin cough if he gets his or her godmother to tie a red string around his neck he will be cured.
