  1. One night as Denis Larkin of Delvin Co Westmeath was coming home from playing cards, he heard strange music as he was passing Clonainey graveyard. It sounded like a person moaning. He looked out + said "Lord have mercy on the dead." As soon as he said it, a huge butterfly overshadowed the whole graveyard. He said again "Lord have mercy on the dead" + when he said it the butterfly went down into the monastery.
