  1. The townland I live in is Mullacroy. It is in Delvin parish in the barony of Delvin. There are four families in this townland and about seventeen people. The houses are slated and are two storeys high. There were many more houses and people in the district over fifty years ago, and the ruins of some of them are still to be seen. Most of the land is hilly and sandy but some of it is boggy.
