  1. There is a hill in this district named Knockion. During the Penal days the priests were so much hunted that they said Mass on the side of this hill, which is covered with all kinds of shrubs.
    The ruins of the chapel can be seen at the present time.
    The grisset well is situated in such a way that it is supposed to be part of the alter.
