  1. There are not many hidden treasures around this district. Any that were in it were dug up the time of the drainage. There were a few coins got in the River Inny then, also an elk's head and a stone axe which is to be seen at Mr John Smyth's Finea.
    In Lake Sheelin there is a big fox which is supposed to contain many treasures. No one is able to get it[?]
