    He did not live in the district as he was a English planter.
    He was a good landlord as he had 110 tenants and, he never evicted one tenant on the estate for none payment of rent.

    The Landlord's name was Lord Harlick. He did not live in the district he lived in England.
    He had an agent called Mr Tatlow.
    He had an appointed day to collect the rent in the markethouse at Finea.
    The Landlord lived about nine years in England. He was a good man but his agent was a very bad man to his tenants.
