  1. "I am the Chailleach Beara
    Many wonders have I seen
I have seen Carn Bawn a lake,
Though tis now a mountain green"
The Calleach Beara was carrying an apron of stones and was jumping over the hill. When she landed on Sliab na Caillighe her apron string broke and she dropped the stones. They are there yet. Where she rested on a stone at the edge of the heap, is there still and is known as "the Hag's Chair.
