  1. There are no tailors in the district. Shirts are made in some homes from shirting bought in towns. Socks and stockings are knitted locally but the wool is bought in towns.
    There is only one spinning wheel in the district. It is owned by Nulty's of Bryanstown but it is not in use at present.
