  1. Sometime ago there as a football team in Creewood. They played Castletown, Ardee, Navan Gormanlough, Bormeen, Drumconrath, Lobinstown and Drogheda, and other team.
    They played the Drogheda team in Boyles field. This was a very interesting game and over two hundred spectators were present. This was a draw match.
