    let into the churn. When the dash is cleaned it is put round the churn three times. The butter is lifted with a wooden plate and then some water is put on it and this water is also let into the churn. Then some salt is put on it and it is made into a roll. The buttermilk is used for making bread and some is given to the pigs and calves.
