  1. Down below near Ardee there are men under the ground waiting for a war to start. A long time ago these men were living here on this land. One night a great fog came all over the country and in a few hours it disappeared and there was a new race of people in the country. So they drove the people who were here away towards the sea. Those men that are under the ground escaped from being drowned by going down under the ground on their horses. They are asleep on their horses there and there is also a black pig with them and when he runs on top of the ground again the war will start. The pig is to run this road and the men under the ground will waken and follow him. When he stops that is as far as the people will [?] war. The river Dee in Ardee is to run red with blood instead of water. Many people have told that they were taken down
