  1. Sir Nugent Everard was the Landlord of this district he lived in Randlestown he was of a very old family. No people were ever evicted. The eldest son always got the land after his father.
    The Kealys (?) of Randlestown came round every six months to warn the people that the rent was due. The people had to go to Randlestown themselves to pay the rent.
