    or tell stories.
House were not plentiful in olden times. There are not many old houses in ruins at the present moment.
Where I live at the present time there was an old house, of Hughey Monaghans. About six years ago he flitted to a new cottage and three months after the house was knocked. The townland in which I live has no stories or songs connected with it.
There is only one river in the townland and its name is the lovent river.
