    Glory be to father who had created me.
    Glory be to the son who had redeemed me.
    Glory be to the Holy Ghost who had sanctified me.
    Blessed be the holy and undivided Thrinity now and for ever. Amen.
    On rising from your bed say-
    In the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. I arise.
    May he bless me preserve me, and bring me to everlasting life Amen.
    Getting into bed say =
    In the name of our Lord Jesus Christ crucified I lay down to rest may he bless, govern, and preserve me, and bring me to everlasting life.
    When the clock strikes, say =
    This hour O Lord I give to thee for all the past O pardon me for I know my sou must soon depart them hide me in thy sacred heart.
