  1. It is believed that there is a hidden treasure on Scribog hill, Moynalty, Kells, Co. Meath. Many have tried to unearth it but failed. It is guarded by a fearful dog. One night a man dreamed that he saw the treasure, and the next night he brought a shovel with him, and when he went to the place where the treasure was supposed to have been, he was quickely driven back by the fearful dog. There is a well on the hill
