    A cure for warts is to get someone to put a fasting spit on the wart for nine mornings, and that is supposed to cure them.
    52 Mumps
    A cure for the mumps is to roast a pound of salt and put it in a bag and tie it round your neck for three days, and on the fourth day the mumps will be gone.
