    EVICTIONS
    There are many ruins of houses in Drumbaragh and in Leightown and in other various places. Mr. Nicholson was the landlord OF Leightown and Springville. Mr. Sweetman was the landlord of Drumbaragh. Nose Grogan was evicted in Drumbaragh. He lives at the bottom of Drumbaragh hill and the ruins are there still to be seen.
    In Leightown which is part of Drumbargh the following name Cully Murphy, Harry Swift, Sylvester Gibney, Bonnie McGee (Paddy) John Grogan. These families were evicted between the Ballalley and McNamees. These people were evicted in 1888 by Mr. Nicholson because he was the landlord of that time.
