    Ringworm: Lard and sulphur mixed
    Chincough: Lie under a white thorn for three days without eating or drinking
    Cancer: Boil herbs, mix with salt and pot full of green leaves as big as a penny. Leave cooling and drink when cool
    Hiccough: Take nine drops of water in humour of the Nine First Fridays, without drawing your breath
