  1. At night when the hens are roosting they make up their minds to go back to Scotland, for it is said that it is from Scotland that they came.
    But in the morning they all fly out of the hen-house, and when they wet their feet in the mud they forget all about it.
    So now if anyone forgets to do anything he said he would do people say to him "Indeed you will, like the hens going to Scotland".
