  1. A Man from this distrcit brought a bullock to the fair of Navan some time ago. It was the time of the "Economic War." It was very difficult at that time to transact any kind of a satisfactory sale for cattle (at that time).
    On one occasion this man, although generally good-humoured, good tempered and witty was been offered bad prices for his beast; although he was a first class beast.
    As the fair was well advanced this particular cattle dealer came up with the intention of making a purchase with the man.
    Now during the war the more teeth the cattle had meant a decrease in value. Well said the dealer (after a lot of shouting and arguing) if this beast has
