  1. There is an old road in Bohermeen called "Tiping's Lane". It leads from Bohermeen village out to the main road to Trim.
    It is overgrown with weeds as it is not used There is a gate at each so that no one can travel on it.
    It is said that long ago there were forty-two families living along this road, but one night the yeomen came and burned the houses and murdered the people. Two families alone escaped.
    Since then, no houses were ever built there. When the two families died out and all the inhabitants were gone from the land it was closed, and since then no one has ever walked on it.
