    Some of those people are tradesmen, the tin-smyth makes cans, saucepans and cake tins. Others make small tables baskets, rugs and mats. More of them deal in delph, glass ware and paper flowers

  2. Sometimes travelling folk call at our house. They call them tinkers. They have been calling at the house for many years and they are not very poor. They have many articles such as statues, pictures, laces, brooches, tie pins and other useful things for sale. A great number of people buy many things they need from them. When the people buy anything from them the tinkers ask them for something to eat such as milk, bread
